THE WORKING METHODS
Semi-permanent make-up or SPMU is the introduction of pigments into the dermis. This is done in combination with a special PMU device in which a needle/hygiene module is placed. In terms of technique, it resembles a tattoo, but the goal and the products of this treatment are different. A tattoo is placed in a deeper skin layer and is therefore permanent. Semi permanent makeup is a safe way to beautify your eyebrows, eyes or lips. We work with professional, EU-certified products. Our pigments are specially designed for the face. They contain no added fragrances or emollients.
THE TECHNIQUE
At SPMU Couture we are specialized in the ''Powder Brow technique''. In this technique, the eyebrows are shaded with pigment. This technique is one of the newest trends in the field of Semi Permanent Make-up. Pigment is applied in a very subtle way, making it look like the eyebrows have been colored with powder. On average, the pigmentation remains beautiful for 1 to 2 years. Gradually this fades away and it is possible to do a post-treatment to enjoy the perfect eyebrows even longer.
SPMU Masterclass training 1 day.
This 1 day training is suitable for the already advanced and certified Permanent Make-up artist. There should already be experience with all basic facets of the Permanent Make-up profession. This training is always adapted to the learning wishes and needs of our students. Tips and tricks will also be shared to get your results more perfect and faster treatments. Personal guidance and attention are central to this training.
DAY SCHEDULE
The training day will last from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. At the beginning of the training day you will receive a theory book. During the training day we provide an extensive lunch. We offer you the opportunity to purchase products in our showroom on the training day.
In the morning, attention will be paid to the following topics: Color theory/properties SPMU Couture pigments, SPMU Couture – The brand, Assessment of current work and self-reflection students. In the afternoon we will perform the full treatment on two models (arranged by you) under the guidance of our trainer(s).
